Greuer Software announces the availability of Calc 3D Pro for Windows 95/98/Me/NT/XP/2000, a collection of mathematical tools for students, teachers, engineers, scientists, and researchers.

The clear, structured, and rational users interface of Calc 3D Pro makes the handling with vectors, complex numbers, quaternions and coordinates easy and intuitive.

Cartesian, spherical and cylindrical coordinates can be transformed into each other. For points, lines, planes and spheres, Calc 3D Pro calculates distances, intersections, and some additional information like volume and area.

With complex numbers, when the user changes the real or imaginary part, the magnitude and phase angle change automatically, and vice versa. To multiply 2 complex numbers by hand, you need to multiply 4 real numbers and add the results.
With Calc 3D Pro it takes only one click. Before there was Calc 3D Pro, the teacher had to work hard at the board, and the pupils were mostly confused. The existence of quaternions, a brother of the complex numbers, was hidden to avoid confusion. Now it is easy to give an idea of this mathematical instrument.

It possible evaluate mathematical expressions and do numerical integrations.

The included text editor can handle tables, different fonts, print and generate rich text-files.

Calc 3D Pro is able to generate 2- and 3- dimensional plots.

The help system is context sensitive and can also be used as a collection of formulas.

Whether you're an educator who needs to save time preparing lessons, a student who can't afford to spend the time to perform calculations manually, or an engineer or scientist who is under time pressure, Calc 3D Pro is always useful.

A free, fully-functional English/German 14-day trial version is available to the public at http://www.calc3d.com. Calc 3D Pro costs 29 Euros ( $29 (US)) and may be purchased securely online.
